The Department of Art, Art History, and Design at Michigan State University is pleased to announce Flashes of Conscience, a solo exhibition by Bachelor of Fine Arts degree candidate Robyn Mahan.

Find yourself at home, or don’t I really could care less.
What you see and what you interpret are all up to you. I refuse to give any statement inferring my intentions. That would be too easy.
Life isn’t easy, art isn’t easy, and especially understanding art isn’t easy. Each individual has their own method and tools to navigate the world around them. We all have different experiences–there may be similarities, but still unique nonetheless–and our unique experiences determine how we perceive and interact with the world.
Let your judgement guide you through my insides, make your conclusions, and eventually piss off.
