Morgan Renee Hill is a Master of Fine Arts candidate in the Department of Art, Art History, and Design at Michigan State University and the winner of the 2024 Juneteenth poster design contest. Their work, “Black Banner,” is prominently featured in this year’s MSU Juneteenth Commemorative Celebration, which will take place on Friday, June 14.
The 2024 Master of Fine Arts Exhibition, which runs through Sunday, May 26, at Michigan State University's Broad Art Museum, is hosting a reception on Saturday, April 6, from 6 to 8 p.m. to celebrate the creative and scholarly research of MSU’s Department of Art, Art History, and Design MFA candidates whose work is featured in this year’s exhibition.
At this year’s American Advertising (ADDY) Awards celebration for the American Advertising Federation (AAF) Lansing chapter, students in MSU’s Graphic Design program took home two Gold, three Silver, and two Bronze ADDY Awards. In the professional competition, MSU’s College of Arts & Letters Marketing Office received a Mosaic Award as well as one Gold, two Silver, and two Bronze ADDY Awards.
